The Hankook CNTech remote support system allows the engineer in charge to remotely access your computer and promptly provide technical support services. This enables accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting without visiting the site.

Download the attached remote support program
for e.dent and run it.

When the engineer in charge accesses via remote support,
a remote control window like this one appears.

Click "Allow" to accept the remote control.

* Remote support connection is possible only after the engineer in charge is assigned.

* Changing the name of the remote support file may cause an error in the connection.

* If you click the "Allow" button, it is assumed that you agree to allow your computer to be controlled remotely and to provide mutual transfers of files required for support.
